The Rule of Three
Question: How many times should you read your own work before publishing it?
Answer: Three times.
- Read it after you have completed your first draft and make minor corrections.
- Wait for one day (or at least a few hours) and read and revise again as needed.
- Have someone else review and comment and then read and revise it again.
