Peanut Sauce



  • 1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) hot sauce (I used Melinda’s habanero hot sauce)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced



Mix everything up in a small bowl and cover.  Ideally, keep in the refrigerator overnight to let flavors blend.
